
Safe Start campaign - European Week for Safety and Health at Work 2006
This year's European Week campaign focuses on the steps that are necessary to ensure young people can make a safe and healthy start to their working lives, aiming to promote risk awareness and risk prevention in this area, preventing accidents and ill health amongst the young.
The Safe Start Campaign is backed by all Member States, candidate and EFTA countries, and is open to participation by enterprises, schools and colleges - the long-awaited 'mainstreaming of OSH into education'.
